{"id":1188,"date":"2017-08-25T19:15:29","date_gmt":"2017-08-25T17:15:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/galterredimurgia.it\/2020\/?p=1188"},"modified":"2017-09-15T15:25:04","modified_gmt":"2017-09-15T13:25:04","slug":"chi-siamo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/galterredimurgia.it\/2020\/chi-siamo\/","title":{"rendered":"Il Gal Terre di Murgia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"lead\">Il <strong>Gal Terre di Murgia scarl<\/strong> <em>(gi\u00e0 Gal l\u2019Uomo di Altamura Scarl)<\/em> si costituisce nel 1998, in virt\u00f9 dell\u2019attuazione del Programma Regionale Leader II, finalizzato a promuovere lo sviluppo integrato, endogeno e sostenibile delle aree rurali.\u00a0<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Il GAL \u201cTerre di Murgia\u201d, nel corso degli anni, <strong>\u00e8 stato protagonista nell\u2019uso di fondi pubblici a valere della gestione di progetti di sviluppo locale, <\/strong>con i seguenti cicli di programmazione:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"bullet-checkmark bullet-arrow\">Leader II \u2013 Programma Iniziativa Comunitaria finanziato da CE 94\/C 180\/12 del 01.07.1994 (1994-1999);<\/li>\n<li class=\"bullet-checkmark bullet-arrow\">Fase di transizione (2000 -2006)<\/li>\n<li class=\"bullet-checkmark bullet-arrow\">Programmazione PSR Puglia 2007\/2013 &#8211; <em>Leader<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Oltre alla gestione dei progetti di sviluppo locale, nell\u2019ambito del PSR Puglia, il GAL ha gestito altre progettualit\u00e0 utilizzando Fondi pubblici <u>non <em>Leader<\/em><\/u>. font-size: 80%;\"><strong>\u20ac\u00a0\u00a0 10.133.434,10<\/strong><\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In riferimento all\u2019ultima esperienza PSR 2007-2013, il Gal Terre di Murgia Scarl ha gestito fondi publici in piena coerenza con le disposizioni Regionali, Nazionali e Comunitarie, dimostrando di avere una struttura e una organizzazione adeguata efficiente ed efficace, aspetti che sono stati riscontrati anche nel corso dei controlli eseguiti dalle Autorit\u00e0 competenti. A tal proposito si segnalano in modo particolare i seguenti controlli svolti nel corso della programmazione 2007\/2013, oltre a quelli effettuati dalla Regione Puglia:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>2 controlli<\/strong> da parte dell\u2019organismo pagatore <strong>AGEA<\/strong> sulla Misura 431;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>n.1 controllo da parte della Commissione Europea &#8211; DG AGRI sulle Misure 431 e 313 \u2013 PSR Puglia 2007\/2013<\/strong>. In tale circostanza la Commissione Europea ha effettuato una verifica approfondita e dettagliata sulla gestione e sul funzionamento del Gal (Misura 431) <strong>controllando i primi 5 anni di attivit\u00e0 del GAL (dal 2010 al 2014)<\/strong>. Il giudizio espresso, a conclusione dela verifica da parte della <strong>DG AGRI<\/strong> \u00e8 stato il seguente: <em>\u201c <strong>In generale, l\u2019impressione \u00e8 stata ottima, in particolare per quanto riguarda la competenze e la professionalit\u00e0 del personale coinvolto nell\u2019esecuzione dei controlli.
